Refund Policy

Grey Line operate a 30 Day Risk Free Refund Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your Web Hosting package, E-commerce package, Dedicated Server or Co-Location Service, you have the right to a full refund (excluding any Set Up Fees, Domain Name Registration Fees and / or Overages).

To claim your refund, please contact within the first 30 days of your contract.

Refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt of your e-mail. We issue refunds by BACS or onto your credit or debit card.

If you have not received your refund after 30 days, or have any other refund related enquiry, please contact our Billing Team. You can call on 0845 25 75 011 between 9.00am and 6.00pm, Monday to Friday or via e-mail at any time.

Please Note

Set Up Fees can only be refunded in the following circumstances:

* For Dedicated Servers prior to the server being built

* For Web Hosting packages prior to activation of the account, or if the Domain Name requested could not be registered

Successfully registered Domain Names are excluded from the refund policy as a cost is incurred on all registrations, and registrars offer no returns policy of their own. However, you will continue to own the Domain Name even if you wish to cancel other services.

Auto Renewal of services is excluded from this policy. Please refer to the Auto Renewal Policy for further details.

Under no circumstances will allow a transfer of funds between accounts. Refunds will not be given if any other Terms and Conditions or policies have been contravened.
